**Shipping is based on weather and day, will hold until temps are safe for no extra charge**

SHIPPING:
Currently only shipping Mondays & Tuesdays to your nearest Fed Ex hub that allows live animal shipments.
NO live arrival guarantee unless the box arrives at your hub before 10:30am - 12pm.  You will need to inform me that you received your Gecko no later an an hour from pick up.  Fed Ex offers no guarantees at this time.  NO live arrival guarantee for HOME delivery! For any DOA, please provide a video as well as photos.
 
We use FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping via Reptiles2You or SYR. We charge Between $30.00 -$100.00 USD depending on location. Please contact us for a quote. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Only within the Continental US.
 
ALL PURCHASES FINAL:
We do not offer money refunds or gecko trade outs, Only order if you are 100% sure about what you are purchasing. We feel our photos give the best representation of the current crested geckos listed for sale, we do not guarantee gender (in babies under 25 grams) or adult color. Will provide all photos as needed and photos of parents/lineage if available. Any gecko listed as pos. is the possible gender.  
 
PAYMENT PLANS/PLACING A GECKO ON HOLD:
**Venmo, Cash App, Zelle are the top preferred payment methods. We will still use paypal, but only friends and family**
 
To put a Crested Gecko on hold we require a non-refundable deposit for any gecko and the amount is listed on our Available Babies Page. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis and arrangements are agreed to prior to a deposit being placed. In a case of a payment plan if arrangements are not discussed all crested geckos must be paid in full one month exactly from down payment. If payment is not made in full one month from the down payment date, we will put the Gecko back up for sale and you will forfeit your down payment. We do not provide refunds.
 
All orders must be paid in full before we will ship out your order, no net terms.
 
SUMMER PAYMENT PLANS:
If you are purchasing a Gecko in July, August or September you will have those 3 months to pay off your gecko with an approved payment plan. This would give the weather time to cool off for shipping in October.  
 
CRESTED GECKO TAIL DROP:
Geckos can drop their tails during shipping. They can also drop their tails when stressed and sometimes for no apparent reason. It is a natural occurrence and it has no effect on their health or breeding ability. We are not responsible and no compensation will be given if your gecko drops its tail during or after shipping.
